M.I. Fest (high school days)
Super Girl as I may say. I' ve been dead tired for almost a week or so. Considering those practices and requirements, they're effin' grr! For a week, we've been practicing for our field demonstration. The heat, countings, starting-all-over-again, oh how i hate those. but im lovin' the sweat and the dance. Another, I have to attend choir rehearsals for our live presentation. we did Fly Me To The Moon, Mama Mia, and Seasons of Love. i never hated singing. i hated the pressure. everything about rehearsals is a pressure. thinking we only have a little time for our rehearsals, the notes to be sung isn't a joke. PLUS factor for the word choir. and i hated more about the members. Are they playing around and making some stupid joke or what? being the president, i have to impose rules to be followed and discipline. but, HELLO? are you listening to me?! we are in a practice and not in showbusiness. I can't stand to see them playing around while having a practice. If not playing, they kept on coming in and out of our music room. And if not going in and out, some are really out. I can't find them. Can't they just imprint on their minds that they'll be performing in fornt of a crowd and not of farm animals? WE HAVE TO PRACTICE! i don't know them anymore. they're losing our foundation. more pressures? I have to sing as a diva for our live presentation. i'd be representing the tenth grade. i was informed tuesday afternoon, after dismissal time, that i'll be perfoming thursday 2pm, i have to wear a long gown, wear make up, and memorize 3 songs. huh? are they making fun of me? three songs. i have three more songs from our choir, steppings for our feild demo, and another for (later na lang). well, i can't refuse. our teachers' request. and since it's my last year, i want to grab the opp. and i'll try to kill myself. more? CSJ Squad has to perform for the live presentation too. AAAAHHH! im drowning. and more? The choir will be singing on Mass engagements. All of these happening and taking part on thursday and friday. and i only have a day and a half to prepare. woot! so HOT!
so it went this way. practices happened the same time. oh, how about that? so i have to skip meals and run from there to here. and also, i have to go home late and dead tired. and in addtion to that, my helper is into some kind of drama which makes me a helper and she as the mayor. stupid. and added by current issues about him which adds to my stress!
okay, thursday, i have to wake up early for our mass engagement. but no matter how hard i try to get out of my bed, i can't just get up swiftly. there's something like a magnet pulling me back to lie down and put weights on my eyelids to again close my eyes. so as usual, i was late on our engagement. awr!.. after the Mass, we have to rehearse for our performance on the next day, and that is friday. so, i have to miss my field demonstration practices. singing and getting hard notes challenges me. it tickles my throat, but my temper is tickling me too. choir members are playing around. grr!
okay, missing breakfast is a norm for me. but i have to eat plenty on our recess time. upon going out of the music room, i rushed to our canteen and bought *junkfoods. very good ko no? and then, i thought i'll have my time to rest. but i was wrong. we have to practice for our diva songs which will be happening that afternoon. uuh! so i have to stop eating and sing again. uh-oh. i was quite losing my voice but i did the water therapy and *shut-up mode aketch. HAHA.
so, so, i wasn't able to take my lunch. *pagutom mode nman ang effect. i sang in front of a crowd and that was good though. ayos ang suporta ng grade ten! love you all! :)
Afterwhich, i have to change quickly and wash out my face. i'm not comfy wearing cosmetics. running with sore feet due to high-heeled shoes, i came not-so late for our field demo practice. after several pabalik-balik, tapos na finally ang practice! pero hindi pa tapos ang kalbaryo ko! may squad practice pa. woo! im lovin' the pawis but not the hamog and pagod. i came home at about 9pm. upon arriving, i have to deal with current boy-girl issue on ym.
STRESS!
FRIDAY! early pa! as usual, LATE NA NAMAN PO AKO. =] i have to dress up quickly for our field demo. and run, run, RUN. t'was okay for a morning exercise. :p anyways, teh tenth grade performed well on the field demo. savoring our last moments and last field demo as HS students.
after the demonstration, i have to change quick again for the choir's live presentation. OMG, i still can't memorize the lyrics of the songs! bahala na si batman ang effect ko. again, run, run, RUN! good thing, we still had our time to practice since we weren't able to place ourselves properly and create choreography. okay, i admit, my bad. that was my absence. sorry! busy po eh. AND, on the spot! i have to sing the solo part on Seasons of Love since si Alyssa namamaos. woooh! carry ko pa! although overloaded na ako, okay lng! go pa rin! Anyways, it resulted good and the crowd gave us warm applause. weehoo! as the parents and teachers would say, we give you 300% for your performance! amazing! instant lang po yun lahat! :p
pagkatapos, YEHEY! i can drink COLD DRINKS already! that was a relief. wee! i went straight ahead to thirsty, bought Applr shake. yumyum! may ICE CREAM pa kmi! all accounts to sir bernie. thank u sir!
last but not the least, i have to prepare for the squad for another live presentation. and again, run, run, RUN. the live presentation was fun. so FUN! and congratulations to us, wala kaming palpak sa liftings! yipee!
my day was done, finally. that was tiring but enjoying though. i enjoyed all of it. sana pumayat naman ako sa mga ginawa ko. LOL! and in the end, compliments i heard was that REFRESHING. *congratulations zhe! *zher! good job! *baw, talented gid ah. *in all aspects ka gd ya! *grabe zhe ba, tnan na lng. haha *biskan diin lng xa hu ah. *indi man gd mxado may talent ah! kinuha tnan. wow, those were ear candies. :p at teh end of my everyday, i really thank God for my talents which He graced on me. Thank you Lord God! it's all for Your glory after all!
